  • Medication Management

    Our team of professionals at DESERT HEALTH CLINIC may discuss medication options with you, which may play a role in managing symptoms. Our priority is to improve your quality of life and get you feeling better. Medication can be an effective tool when coordinated with other recommended services.

  • Therapy

    We offer different therapy modalities including individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, group therapy,, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, EMDR, ACT and motivational therapy. These modalities are utilized to provide person centered therapeuitc interventions and support.

  • Spravato Ketamine Treatment

    In March of 2019 the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved Spravato nasal spray, in conjunction with an oral antidepressant, for the treatment of depression in adults who have tried other antidepressant medicines and did not benefit from them. This treatment option is carefully monitored when appropriately prescribed.

  • Suboxone

    Medication assisted treatment for opioid dependence can include Suboxone which can complement education, counseling and other support measures.
    This medication can allow a person to regain a normal state of mind, free of withdrawal.
    Suboxone should only be taken as prescribed as part of a comprehensive treatment plan that includes counseling.

    Group therapy is a type of psychotherapy where a small group of people, typically 5-12 participants, meet regularly under the guidance of a trained therapist. The purpose is to help individuals share experiences, offer and receive support, and develop personal insights and coping skills in a safe, confidential environment.
